My oil change was done quickly and everyone was very friendly!

The ease of being able to make an appointment for service is great. I was greeted first thing when I arrived (before hours of normal operation) and asked specifics of my service.

I felt well informed about the service that was performed on my Yukon. It was back to me well before the time promised.

We had a great experience in March when we purchased our vehicle. 6 months later, at my first oil change in told about all the things that are going wrong with my car and it's overwhelming. It's hard to understand. It feels like these things were overlooked when we purchased it and now we're responsible

Staff is pleasant, easy to get an appointment for service. Was surprised to find I need a $3000 repair on my 2018 Terrain which I bought new and paid cash for in 2019.

I was sent a rebate online and my only concern was that I was not asked if I wanted to use it. I had forgotten that I had it till I got home.

overall, I am satisfied with the work done on my GMC Canyon. Tony my service advisor was helpful and friendly. On 2 occasions my repair took longer than anticipated due to parts availability issues, however I really appreciated the fact that they offered me a loaner vehicle. I will return for future repairs. Also was able talk to the person who did the repairs, which unusual and by accident was very informative. Thanks
