I was met with a smile, and the paperwork was ready and it took only minutes to get me on my way. I asked for a loaner car, and that was handled swiftly even tho I had not given advance notice. I was sent a text and kept aware of what was going on with the various problems that I had discussed. When I picked up the car, each problem was discussed in detail as to the cause and the solution. It can't get any better than that!! Also, I got to see David and Rich!!!!
